North American Executive Performance Bonus Pool

The Executive Performance Bonus Pool gives Executives an opportunity to earn a portion of 1.5% of U.S. & Canadian commissioned sales volume on a monthly basis as determined by a performance based, weighted formula as set forth by the company. To qualify, an Executive must meet the following performance and sales criteria in effect at the end of each commission period.

Requirements:

  • An Executive must have 400 PSV (or 100 PSV and at least 500 QSV in the U.S.)
  • Each U.S. or Canadian qualified LOI must achieve a minimum of 1,000 GSV; independent of any other GSV from other downline qualified LOIs. This means that a qualifying LOI may not count the GSV from other qualifying LOIs in the same downline.
  • Each U.S. or Canadian Qualifying Executive in the Executive's Circle Group must achieve their minimum PSV and GSV requirements.
  • The Executive Performance Bonus Pool minimum requirement is 6 points.
  • All other requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales, must be met.
  • The following chart shows how an Executive may earn points for each new U.S. or Canadian Qualified LOI, Q1 or Q2 Qualifying Executives, and every 20 new personally sponsored LifePak® ADP subscriber (Distributors and customers).

* Distributors who have never previously been a Qualifying Executive*, are not required to mail or fax a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the company. All distributors who attain a minimum of 100 PSV and 1,000 GSV will automatically meet their requirement for the LOI month - with no further paperwork or online forms required. If a Distributor has been a Qualifying Executive in the past and wishes to become a Qualifying Executive again, the Distributor must submit an LOI to the company. The LOI must be received by the company no later than the last day of the calendar month in which the Distributor intends to enter Executive Qualification. (LOI's received after the last calendar day of the month will not be accepted for the Executive Performance Bonus Pool under any circumstances)

** Grace months are allowed, but no points are allocated towards the Executive Performance Bonus Pool during the grace month.

Here is an example of how an Executive may earn 6 points. If you have 4 new Qualified LOIs and you have 2 Qualifying Executives in Q1 in your Executive Circle Group in January, you will meet the minimum points for the Executive Performance Bonus Pool. As always, any incremental increase in bonus points above the minimum increases your share of the 1.5% of commissioned sales in the Executive Performance Bonus Pool.

Note: Product purchased by any upline Executive on a Qualifying Executives account that is not shipped to the Qualifying Executive, solely for the purpose of qualifying to participate in the Executive Performance Bonus Pool, is prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to recoup Executive Performance Bonus Pool payments to Executives when it is determined that purchases to qualify for participation have been returned or are deemed unqualified. The Company, in its sole discretion, may also restrict future participation in the bonus pool when it deems that inappropriate activity has occurred.

Qualified LOI and Qualified Month 1 & 2 Distributors may only be counted once in the Executive Performance Bonus Pool during a six-month period.
